The Miniaturizer is a rare Legendary Creature — Human Artificer card from Unknown Event (UNK), collector number RW04d.
When The Miniaturizer enters the battlefield, soospect up to one target creature. (It gains first strike and can't block. This is different than suspecting.) {4}{W}, Exile a creature card from your graveyard: Create a token that's a copy of the exiled card, except it's an Equipment artifact token instead of a creature. Its equip cost is equal to its mana cost, and it has "Equipped creature gets +X/+X, where X is this card's power."
